You might wonder how we arrived here

and frankly, I’m glad you asked.

Worried about falling pregnant or wanting to get the timing right?  Who knew that both ends of the scale required the same knowledge?

I do!  That’s why I’m here.  Because I know how tricky being a woman can be.  The responsibility of contraception AND conception weights heavy on us, right?

Some of us have spent our entire life trying NOT to fall pregnant only to realise it’s a little more tricky than anticipated AND then there are some of us who still think we can fall pregnant at any time of the cycle…. (just bursting that bubble)

It all comes down to understanding your body better.  But fear no more, I’ve done the hard work for you!

I’m here to take the fear out of your cycle and to show you exactly what your body is telling you each and every month.

Debunking Ovulation originally started out as a small workshop for around 20 women in a room at my clinic, very quickly became something that was in demand by women across the world.  Women were blown away by what I was sharing and that’s why I was so inspired to get this information accessible to everyone as soon as I could.  So here we are. This is because of you.

This is really simple.  I want you to understand YOU.  You might be shocked to learn that the basics of your hormones are actually super easy to understand, but equally feel a little baffled (and kinda ripped off) as to why we aren’t taught enough about our body’s and hormones as women. And you know what? I believe it’s because we’ve disconnected.

We’ve pulled the plug because we’ve been a little too busy, or contraceptive methods such as The Oral Contraceptive Pill have disguised what our body is saying. More so, (and most likely) nobody has really ever sat down and properly taken the time to share this information – to make a difference for all women and to give them the knowledge to fully embrace their health and hormones.

So that’s why I am here, to touch women’s lives in a way like no other and to share the gift of knowledge and awareness on an entirely new level.

After all – your health is absolutely worth investing in.

“So thankful for Debunking Ovulation and how empowered I felt after watching it!  I have been tracking my cycles for 3 years now to avoid having a baby but also feel like it will be easier to have one when I want to.  Thank you for making it!”
